Alchemy Procs?

Are Alchemy procs and or learning mew recipes broken/nerfed?

Been about 3 weeks since I capped Alch, Pot master and to date have only discovered one new recipe, with min procs.

Make 100 hundred mana pots yesterday, no procs.

Made 100 health pots, 2 procs.

200 pots, with just 2 procs and no new recipes learned.

Made hundreds of elixers, no new recipes.
Use my xmute everyday for something, no new recipes.

This does not seem right. Something is off. I had a pot and xmute master in original TBC and recall multiple procs and learning new recipes.

Speaking to guildies and they are experiencing the same low procs and not learning new recipes.

WTF is going on?

I’ve made 1500 potions and only have 2 flasks learned, and none of them were after the first day.
