Alchemy or Tailoring?

What is better for a holy paladin, Alchemy or Tailoring?
Tailoring has multiple pre-raid items for me, and I could make good money off of it
With alchemy, im useful to my raid because I can make pots and consumables, but it doesnt really help my class much besides maybe the trinket.

Which is the better path?

IMO, alchemy. There are plenty of gear options for holy paladins. Consumables are expensive. Not only will you make your own, you could make money.

Pre-raid items are less important in TBC than in vanilla.

Both are solid options. Tailoring can open the way to a bag empire for you, ensuring a constant flow of gold just as easily as potion/xmute specialization would with Alchemy.

Personally, I’d go Alchemy, but that’s because the mere chance of a x5 xmute is too good.

Goblin Engineering, its all about the big KABOOM (Goblin Rocket Launcher)

I think of tailoring and I think of holy paladin… then I think ew? Idgaf about pre raid bis, it just makes me sick. Sorry. Save the robes for the fiddlers.

I’m going tailoring till I get T6 chest then changing to alchemy.
