What is causing this and why is Blizzard completely silent about it? Ever since pre-patch, the AH has been so slow that it’s almost unusable. And it just keeps getting worse and worse every single day.
Here, I recorded it:
Took literally 9 minutes to post 4 stacks of netherweave cloth.
How slow is it going to get before we get some kind of blue post about it? It’s seriously embarrassing that a multi billion dollar game dev put out such a broken game and takes weeks/months to respond to issues like this.
I have and also have seen people saying they haven’t had the issue as well. I’m not saying you’re wrong just isn’t as abundant as you’re making it out to be either.
My entire guild took a raid break to get more consumables, every single person complained about how long it was taking and how broken the auction house was.
It’s probably being caused by the TSM4 add-on that, by default, only lists single-stack items. People just download add-ons and never learn how to use them. They just go to the auction house and keep posting a thousand single auctions for one linen cloth. This is why there is a wall of single items and over 100,000 auctions going at one time.
I just tried searching for an item, in the DEFAULT AH - auctionator disabled - and at the time of me posting this reply, it has been searching for the item for 8 mins now and has not returned any results. Blizzard REALLY needs to look into this.
You could just search the cloth and sort from high to low see what it’s going for and post it that way. You’re choosing to scan every auction. Sorry your addon is slow. There’s other ways to do this.
