it depends on whether they treat a service being offline as a ‘bug’ or not - a bug is usally a coding error that will persist until hotfixed, this feels like it is either an API that is offline or a service that has been deliberately turned off (though without a notification that seems unlikely).
I would expect this is a service issue - like authentication being offline, rather than a bug. Hence why I’m posting it here.
See heres the the this forum is a player to player support desk with blue moderation who dont pass along feedback or bugs which is why the bug forums are more apropriate.
You mean forum regulars who not only have been around for years here, but also understand the nature of this forum? Who know there are no community managers here (they pass on feedback, ie from general forum) etc.

Actually, there are no GMs active on any forum, let alone this one.
Our SFAs - the only Blues you see posting here - do not monitor this forum 24/7. And this forum still isn’t a place of contact for any staff. Report it as a Bug. That way at the very least it will be seen by the Bug forum’s CMs who can direct the report to the proper staff. That will not happen here, I’m afraid.
The Blizzard Reps here cannot create bug tickets or escalate any issues. At best they can tell you they are aware of an issue and if it’s being looked at. If you think there is a bug, you will want to submit a ticket, and open a post on the Technical Support forum, however be aware the QA team that reviews those posts does not communicate typically with anyone.
When creating both the ticket and post the most important thing you can do is provide clear information about your computer, OS, make sure you can duplicate the problem without add-ons and confirm you tested without them. Then provide clear easy to follow steps to reproduce the problem, as QA will typically only forward issues to development that can be duplicated.
Prior to creating a forum post, look to see if your identical issue is posted recently, if so add your information to it, be careful of adding to similar but not identical issues as that only muddies the water making it less likely your issue might be addressed, additionally do not necro a year old post, even if you think it was the same, open a new post.
They are working on this folks, just a heads up - there is going to be about one hour of downtime tomorrow morning starting at 7 am Pacific to help address this.
Had a similar thing happen a week or two back. I created a bow for a guildie. He said he didn’t receive it back and asked me to check to make sure I clicked the complete button. I checked and nothing on my side. He kept checking mail for at least an hour or two before he logged off. When he logged in the next day it was in his mail.
Still unable to craft on my main currently.
Getting the error “Crafting Order Creation failed. Please try again later”.
Hopped on an alt, and was able to get a craft done just fine.
