Missing Posting Characters - Update

Hello again all, For anyone missing characters in the Change Characters UI, they should be populating again. If you are still missing characters, try fully logging out and back into the forums. Once thing I noticed that’s different is that non post eligible characters (sub level 10) are not selectable (they don’t display at all).

EDIT: I believe that is same fix for view profile not showing up
