Aggrend's Stance on the Incorrect Ban Fearmongering

There is a reason self-reported data (like Aggrend’s comments here) mean pretty much nothing in the real world. There’s no point in debating it.

Statements like this can be swayed to support literally any viewpoint because there is no way anyone can confirm it. His data can be 5 tickets he closed personally, then signed out to jump onboard the “mission accomplished” cruise.

No system is perfect. Expecting a perfect anti-cheat is crazy talk by mad GDKP swipers desperately trying to prove their point.

No one is listening to you.

Yea, that was some interesting info that I gleaned from this post too. My groups also like to split BoE gold rather than just random off the item. Somewhat unnerving to know I could have gotten a ban for that without even realizing it.

Bro. Your talking to people who have been buying the WoW token for years. Blizzard legitimized pay to win in this game years ago. It shouldn’t be a shock it stuck.

The only data we need is the dumpster of a phase P2 has become.

Meanwhile I got my Mount/16 ap OH dagger/Epic patterns.

With your mentality you would think I cheat.

Go ahead and check kekw.

You seem really invested in this for not caring. :person_shrugging:

I don’t believe I said I didn’t care. That’s tossing words in my mouth.

What you’re seeing right now is what Aggrend mentioned in that post: gold buyers have been getting away with this stuff for so long, they don’t know how to react now that Blizz is actually cracking down. The easiest, simplest, most convenient argument is: ‘Blizz has had customer service!! They’re banning innocent players!’

Let’s be honest…Blizz doesn’t have the best track record. But it seems like they’re finally starting to hit their mark. Banning GDKPs has helped since, again as Aggrend said, it was a method used to hide the transferring of gold.

Don’t buy gold. Follow Aggrend’s simple advice in your interactions, and you’ll be fine. The rest is just Swipers trying to fearmonger.

Player gets banned for Gold Buying

Strawman: “I dindu nuffin!”

Aggrend: “Yes you did, shut up”

Strawman: “Oh yeah? Well this game sucks anyway. Dead game! Dead game!”

I mean pretty obviously lol. Anyone who thought otherwise is an idiot. minimum 95% are lying. Question was what about that last 5%, probably closer to .5%. (Of people who talked not people who got banned. That is definitely 99.9%

This is 99% of all GDKPer support posts.

I care, because if it happened once, it can happen again.

I know! I would just like a “you’re good” rather than have to deal with Blizz CS.

It probably has happened more than once but again, this isn’t relevant because every system has issues.

That doesn’t mean the system shouldn’t exist.

Stay salty again.

All that matters is the rate of failures. If it’s low it’s fine.

Instead of having actual customer support to sort through and find the false bans. Everyone lies, there is no problem. Automate with AI.

Please for the love of all that is holy people, stop feeding this guy. His name is literally Bangdkps all he wants is attention and y’all keep giving it to him

I cant tell you how many times I see people post in the CS forum “I got banned for RMT but never did it” only for a Blue to say, ya you totally did, like putting a white item on the AH for hundreds of gold etc.
