Yes because I enjoy bg gameplay more than arena. I play arena because for the past 15 years it’s all my friends have played

Yep. And then people think the game is deflated if they’re not instantly 2400 in a other bracket and, “the meta is so bad. This is the worst balance ever” if we’re not all-time high cr/mmr.

I mean I enjoy blitz because is bg gameplay and that is more fun. Wether I get 2400 on the first two weeks or the last two makes no difference.
Rss is more prone to imbalance too, ferals were busted when I was queueing both rss and blitz and rss matches were miserable.
All I had to do in blitz is never take a 1v1 vs feral and always take someone with me.
Thse factors make blitz more fun than rss
This doesn’t mean anything, the performance that classes have in the arena is X and in blitz it is Y.
If the equation is different, obviously the result will also be different.
A rogue may be good at stealing bases but not good in the arena, may not have a steady partner and may also be uncomfortable in social activities when dealing with partners in the arena.
Blitz fix all these problems.
If your problem is with player X hitting rating Y, if you are “good” in the arena just hit a higher rating than the player in question.

I’m 2400MMR on this rogue and not even 1900CR. Some of my games are 2500-2600MMR. I know I don’t belong anywhere near 2600MMR in any real PvP bracket. I feel like blitz is the participation trophy of PvP. Btw I’m a duelist level player “some” seasons.
I like arenas better because at any given time there are only two people trying to murder me
in blitz I usually find myself outnumbered because I am not very smart and like to move towards danger
