requires use of shadowbolt… Am i supposed to change talents to nightfall or soemthing? this seems like a worthless tier set bonus

its for pve, as affliction lock the 2 set is decent and 4 set crap in pvp
It’ll synergize much better next patch with the new honor talent coming in. 4pc is way too trivial to be acknowledged currently with NF. 2pc is decent but requires a good amount of casting freedom to make it feel substantial.

If has potential in 9.2.5 but I think 4 piece will probably be dead and you’ll just run spell reflect base line

You can run app curse aswell with sacrolash against non shaman / druid teams its actually insane having double melee not be able to crit at all same with lock teams since a lot of people are playing hpaly / hpriest / mw spell and melee cleaves.
That’s a good shout might help with the removal of demon armor

Yea adding a extra slot for honor talents really opens up a lot of utility talents that we can use I just wish they would make rapid contagion baseline for pve so you have a choice on your spenders and allows you to free up yet another honor talent.
Use the 2 set only, the 4 set isn’t even worth losing the haste/vers
I think the main issue with nightfall talent is affliction is already heavily starved on globals from reapplying dots that you don’t have an opening to really shadow bolt. Even then the damage is pathetic and probably not worth it. But who knows…maybe it’ll be pog with conduit etc.
Hoping they make tier just auto shoot shadow bolts and be broke.
