Adventure Guide Not available on evoker after transferring bnet accounts (FIXED)

After transferring Bnet accounts (when I was younger I used to play on my dad’s account once he quit, so I had to move all my characters once I turned 18) this entire process has been frustrating so far, from losing 10 years of progress to random weird bugs due to some things not transferring correctly. Today’s problem? The adventure guide on my main!

My evoker (the current character you see making this post) started and completed the starting zone on the old Bnet account. I hit level 70 on that account as well. When I transferred my Evoker to my new account the Adventure Guide was not working (saying this feature is not yet available) after opening a ticket about it I was told I had to complete the starting area… on my max level Evoker… I think you see the problem here.

After further clarifying the issue I was essentially told there was nothing they could do and to make a forum post about it so here I am! if anyone has run into this issue or knows of possible ways to fix this please let me know

Just a thought…
Do a reset of your UI.

Log back in and look.

Or…

Make a new one and finish the starting area. Then log out of game.
Log into the one affected…
Is it fixed by doing this?

So the fix is to make a new evoker on a different realm and complete the starting area up to the part where you get the visage form. After that, you get the ACCOUNT-WIDE achievement for completing the starting area. Why is it account-wide? who knows! but I now have my adventure guide again so yay!
