Adjustments to Dungeon Creature Behavior and Group XP

While this combats mages, it doesnt combat anyone else. If running stratholme as level 80 paladin nets you 600gold an hour and might be better than normal wrath farms then ultimately the thing you done here is ruining solofarms for mages. The exp nerf alone should be fine honestly.

Great to see Paladin boosting is still on the table for raw gold farming :ok_hand:

Yea, my only guess on the mage hate is that mages are able to solo things a lot higher level than paladins cap out at.

You can’t kill being boosted by a friend without giving us LFD.
Low level grouping needs help.

How about when I want a Gnomer run for all the quests and those sweet Triprunner Dungarees on an alt?

The only apparent solution available is to forget it all and buy a character boost.
Suspicious.

Disgraceful.

funny if you think only RMTers are the ones complaining, Shygirl level 26 troll shaman.

How about getting rid of all the political garbage that floods the channels even more?

Gigachad Paladin vs the lowly mage everyone hates on for some reason (?)

Nothing but circular gas lighting from the anti-RFD players. Every point we have has been said so many times, and are just ignored and countered by some pretty absurd statements. Like, wanting the original dungeon finder so we can actually do content on our alts, with other players is somehow a retail mentality when it was here in wotlk originally, for 48 percent of the expansions existence. Yet a 50 percent all around exp buff is more in line with ‘‘The spirit of classic’’. You have an original feature that people want, but questing/mob grinding with boosted exp gains is somehow more authentic.

And being able to actually travel outside a major city while in queue for dungeons and bg’s is somehow lazy compared to sitting in a major city at a sign or battlemaster, or spamming lfg with a macro and praying there’s people online in your level range, on your particular server, at the same minute in time that want to go do a dungeon.

Like none of it makes sense and just comes off as desperate gas lighting of sorts, and bass ackwards at times logic wise. Like, I don’t even care about the exp boost, hell, I never was even that excited about the BoA gear because it made half the items in the game useless and was overpowered with the stats of blue items which made your character more OP at any given level than it should be. I just wanted dungeon finder in it’s original form so I could have a viable alternative to questing, because without it the time it takes to put together groups and travel to dungeons even on a mega server like mine just puts it so far out of range in terms of exp gain per hour compared to questing, which as I said, I hate.

Like I don’t even care about being boosted. Yeah, ive been boosted, because there wasn’t a viable alternative in the game that I could put up with like just simply grinding dungeons because without dungeon finder it wasn’t always something I could do at just about any given time during the day.

The XP nerf will take care of the paladin boosts.

As far as a gold farm is concerned, they’ve nerfed dungeon farms in the past. They could easily tie the number of drops to the number of people in your partty. They did nerf rogue farms in SoM, after all.

A “WoW Community Council” member not having a pulse on what the player base actually wants and blindly shilling for blizzard is so on the money for this company it almost seems fake.

Yeah I have no idea what I’m going to do. I have 9 70s on horde and alliance. The power of having a paladin on a separate account is unreal. Shame they took this long to address it.

That’s how you become a CC member in the first place.

That’s just “a clever use of mechanics.”

There are some people who hold the opposite view. They prefer the leveling experience and don’t raid, which is why they have so many alts. Just because you don’t like questing doesn’t mean everyone else feels the same way.

Nothing wrong with enjoying to level, its a part of the game so play away. But this change does nothing but deter people who don’t enjoy the leveling experience from playing the game. There’s a sweet medium where blizzard can promote one experience without ruining another.
