I severely doubt any one who is in favour of nerfing dungeon boosting ever did the insanely bad drop rate quests in this game, and the fact that quest items on group for individuals is another nail in the coffin for questing with friends, change it to 150% bonus to compensate for the outdated quest rewards, quest drops etc.
So what is the threshold exactly for having a “high level” in the group?
Can a 70 tank help 60s in ramparts, or is that already enough gap to have their xp gutted?
well it looks like paladins can still farm dungeons no problems so ya, try the changes first instead of assuming things imo.

Oh man its a good thing other forms of CC are still a thing. If you are pulling 6-10 mobs every pull maybe you shouldn’t be in the dungeon.

How are dailies hard to do?
dailies suck, specially if rng isn’t on your side

Killing things and doing bombing missions are rng? 
naga chest keys? netherwing crystals. etc
So two dailies are rng-dependent? Good thing you only have to do 25/day
This is such a stupid change.
Rather than BAN BOTS and GOLD SELLERS…you punish EVERYONE NORMAL.
I fail to see how there is no alternative change.
My proposal would be to make those changes take effect if more than 1 person is in a party, average group level is below “x” AND Actively police/enforce banning bots in dungeons and open world.
Forcing normal people to go to open world farming on mega pop servers is not a good fix at all. I play on a mega pop server. There are bots everywhere in open world. And if you see someone who isn’t a bot, they’re a person from a country THOUSANDS of miles away camping spawns so they can farm the items and sell them.
TLDR: I farm/grind Strat “SOLO” I have never sold boosts. I do this to have gold to pay for consumes that I use to keep raiding. Dailies don’t give me enough gold to pay for the items I need to raid each week hardcore. And I don’t have enough time to do ALL the dailies, everyday to do so.

You’re absolutely full of it like every other “I was just farming runecloth” schlub. You and the other boosters have been an absolute plague on this game for too long.

Lol…plague. I started boosting on this because I was stuck at home because of plague. Those of us who don’t buy or sell gold or spend tons of gold in GDKPs are being punished by casuals who cant keep up. I’d say 90% of the player base has had someone run them through a dungeon or got help with an elite quest from a higher level player. Just because you couldn’t afford to pay for the help doesn’t mean you weren’t boosted. Nobody will admit it but its the same thing. Power level vs paid power level is still power leveling.
