No I’m fine, i just have a complete and total unbridled hatred for people like you. You are upset someone is better at getting gold than you, yea i swipped my card because i didn’t have time to farm the gold at the time, now I do and I’ll happily farm it, but your crowd thinks that the only way anyone should be allowed to play is their way, you are the very problem with the human race, I really wish they’d remove warning labels, the world would be better that way.

Keep the mage aoe in, but do the xp change.

Or figure out how to remove paladin aoe.

If they want to be consistent on combatting boosts then they would likely need to implement some type of anti-tanking debuff that triggers like the mages’ anti-kite

From what I’ve heard they were also very effective at reducing the populations of your SOM servers entirely too. Maybe that’s not the sort of thing you should write home about. :rofl:

Yeah, and no one likes the change unless they’re already on a mega server. This is speaking as someone from a mega server. It’s a bad change.

100% yes. If I don’t want to talk to/group with “Bob1” that means I don’t want to talk to or group with “Bob2” either. Let me ignore the ENTIRE Bnet with one click and forums included. Also make it so we can’t end up in parties/raids together. Can bring me or bob, not both.

I can attest to this, GDKP runs can also be classified as boosting groups. Players RMT to get gear from these runs, the people who run these groups, could possibly be selling gold or be legitimate. but its 50/50 imo

I prefer end game character progression because you’re working towards something more meaningful you’re working towards raids and rating is a lot more fun at least to me than leveling is.

If leveling is boring and tedious you don’t have all your abilities You’re still at the stage where you’re building the basics of your character.

Because let’s be honest I know this isn’t the case for everybody But most people Prefer end game character progression instead of beginning you feel more powerful you can do more.

There’s no dungeon you can’t get into you can level up your professions all the way And yes I’m aware you don’t have to be a level a to Max a profession but it makes it a whole heck of a lot easier when you’re level 80.

And I don’t like leveling because it’s slow and tedious And for the record I prefer the level 80 Dungeons then The elder ones I Find Heroics More fun than normal dungeons that’s just my Personal preference.

And again I’ll ask you this if leveling is so much fun then why do so many people want to skip it because if it was really that fun it wouldn’t matter If there was mage boosting or not people when bother because they’re having so much fun am I wrong?

I like it how the gold sellers… i mean the boosters now complain that they will not be able to boost their “friends” when the boosters have only one friend and that is only the gold itself.

Right, but the people most creating that are Blizzard. This is one of the more unique versions of “Create the problem, sell the solution”.

SoM was vanilla content… fresh vanilla right after we played Vanilla. It was too soon to release that.

Currently you can look for a tank for a dungeon for 4hrs for some brackets, you end up paying for a tank or healer, usually Way over level. Nerfing based on level seems to kill groups that aren’t boosting but just trying to get into dungeons.

My favored leveling method has always been dungeons. Retail I have 54 characters, Classic I have 11 lvl 70s almost 12. I don’t really raid, but I run dungeons constantly (or try) Questing is god awful imo. I think this would punish people that aren’t boosting but don’t have someone to run with because the players for your lvl bracket dont exist on your server, or during your time of availability.

I think a better method would be to make it so a player could play with friends DESPITE their level, by converting the high lvl or the low lvl Leveling out the battle field. All players in a dungeon are in the same level range or the dungeon is their level range. < Since youre already altering the way the game functions… Why not just reinvent the wheel. Feels like a new game already…

I dunno man… quest gear and xp is pretty solid.

Also, you can still get a run-through for quests and for the loot.

Doing it more than once or twice will just be a waste of time.

It’s crazy though… people might actually have to play the game!
