We should be getting something very similar to that in Wrath as part of the baseline UI.

questie kinda does this already, it’ll just place a ton of sword icons in a group instead of a circle
I remember when there was an addon that I had and it was exactly what I was looking for but I got a new PC shortly after and I forgot to backup my addons
Carbonite is the closest you’ll get to that afaik, but it doesn’t always have the correct location for stuff, questie has a better database. It also has slower lower map performance compared to back in the 3.3.5 days.

Basically Questie. AAP also has a clsssic version if you want truly mindless questing.
