Anyone know what it is? I’m playing that hpal in ss and I was watching a stream where the enemy cds are shown (prob omnibar) and then once they get to like <6s there’s a announcement that speaks for example “Bolt soon”, “Kidney soon”, “HOJ soon”. Overall this will help my awareness I feel it’s a bit difficult to always look at omnibar and this will help remind me.

Thanks, I have that but I don’t think it tracks enemy cds. I know it announces when stuff gets used like “icy veins” etc but what I’m wanting is when I’m sitting in the back line healing I want to know when stuff is about to be off cd so I can play further, los, or presac, bub or w/e.
if you’re referring to the one on cdew’s stream, i’m pretty sure it’s a weakaura that mes made and said he won’t release to the public for concern of what it’d do to the ladder

Thanks, yeah it was. Well good to know he isn’t going to release that so I don’t search endlessly. It must be fairly complex to implement.
I only have two weakauras that make noise, the first is my healer in cc weakaura which plays a little ping sound, and the second is a divine arbiter tracker that plays a shotgun blast whenever it procs.
What does that mean 
i’d imagine he realizes now how bad of an idea releasing an entire weakaura pack to trivialize awareness checks was for the ladder
or he’s just preventing enemy teams from getting it who knows

So the thing holding addons back is pvpers inability to make their own, and maybe the creativity but any sort of pack of alerts or reminders can warp the entire way arena plays
Like back in Legion I remember I’d tap clone and every dk would press ams and every warr would reflect even if I was 50 yards away behind a pillar cloning their healer because losa was popular
Similarly I guess there’s people insta walling enemy cds now or the instant their healer gets put into cc because weakaura go honk.

MES still makes his pack. He just makes two different versions of it.
One public release, and one private release.

Thanks Xen but what I’m looking for is what Manogauz mentioned here’s what it does:
- Shows you enemy cooldowns like what omnibar tracks.
- When the enemies cooldown has <6s or what ever you chose left it will trigger a announcement through the main sound channel “hoj is off cd soon”
visually I think most people have omnibar setup but forget to pay attention and get sensory overloaded with so much stuff on the screen. An auditory reminder would help a lot.

I use a heavily modified (by myself) version of GladiatorlosSA because every time I make a visual WA it works for a day before my brain just passively starts ignoring it.
I even found the TTS voice pack it uses and started making my own ogg audio files for it.
Some spells I wanted were missing from it.
Made one for Penance for kicks. Also added some of the tier bonus buffs I wanted to know about.
That auditory alerts just work soooo much better for me, and it doesn’t clutter my screen.
If you want to get into science of it…
The human brain responds to auditory triggers roughly twice as fast as it does visual triggers!

That’s cool. Yeah I’m gonna take a good look at some WA stuff. I’ve made WA for myself that have tts to tell me when my abilities come off CD, lol. Guess I just need to figure it out for enemy cds since mez/liquid aint sharin’

Weakauras are so damn stupid. The longer blizzard allows these things in PvP the less credibility this game has.
