I am getting this prompt when I am trying to zone into DM East… very first instance of the day. I have logged out, closed out my entire game and disabled addons. Anyone else having issues?
It’s infested by bots. They limit things to prevent resources from collapsing the servers.

it has been so long. a decade and a half.
I remember going to ToC early 30minutes to spawn the instance ID for raidnight.
This happened on Whitemane in 2023 there were not even kidding tens of thousands of bots… it was wild; took us 6 months to get them under control

So i just need to wait for the bots to zone out or something? Our group disbanded because we couldn’t get in. Rip
A thousand bots mean more to Blizzard than a real player.

People on the forums a few weeks ago: “Why should I care about the bots? It’s not affecting my game.”

you just go back and forth into the teleport portal until an instance ID becomes available.
It could be minutes, it could be hours.
Bots are subscriptions.
Never run into this problem and I’ve done a lot of ZF runs. This didn’t really start to happen until after the reset with the AV problems with sod players showing up on anniversary servers. I know everyone keeps pointing at bots.

they must have changed some server paramaters back end that limit instance ID’s available at one time again - maybe classic fresh realms can only use like 1-5 ids with sod using 5-10? who knows
its horrible… After I couldn’t run DM I just tried to do some lasher runs and cant even get into the instance… definitely not a bot either

This happened to me twice today trying to run Scholomance. Everyone in the groups said it happened to them earlier as well.
It’s honestly crazy that people deny that there’s botting problems on any version of Classic.
It’s even crazier that Blizzard was getting reports for 6 months from the same area and they didn’t just sit a GM there for a couple days and save the man power of replying to tickets, going to DM E, verifying the bot, and banning it.

I don’t think they have any leadership at that studio anymore man… its hopeless.
