Well i do live on the forums and game and yes adults do cry alot in this game

Losing a talent that buffs mortal strike with the tree update.

the problem with enh is the majority of players are playing ele because its stronger. With ele burst nerfs and nerfs to dh and feral insane dmg, ret burst nerfs, enh will be the biggest burst class now, might see a shift to more enh.

High rated skilled enh players are scary good, don’t let the representation fool you guys.

developer’s notes and i even had to scroll down a few times. I like the effort theyre putting into tuning

Not sure where the MS damage is being lost though.

EDIT: I just found it, losing Improved Mortal Strike…5% nerf isn’t really that big considering you can take like 2 more talents in the build than you could before since they swapped the Tree up.

Yea I just made a build where you lose the 5% MS but you gain Executioners Precision and Bloodsurge…plus I mean Ignore Pain. Mortal Strikes are gonna be hitting so hard with Executioners Precision.

Dude Warrior not needing to put a point into D-stance is insane as well…like they just got MEGA buffed lol.

definitely not mega buffed, but the shuffling and overal QoL and smoother gameplay, with decent buffs is going to make warriors very competetive.

We are about to see a whole ton of 2400 Arms and Fury in Solo shuffle with 1400 3s ratings. Ret actually getting a slight buff to survivability is also going to make Ret/Warr so cancerous on the ladder.

Like I’m not gonna lie I’ve got my Warr on deck right now for some solo shuffle crushing on Tuesday. It’s gonna be such a joke considering it already felt insanely good before buffs.

Also you said something about nerfs to Mortal Strike…I literally just made a build where you’d actually get 35% increased Mortal Strike damage after you use Execute…which you can use basically at any point right now they don’t even need to be sub 35% HP. MS literally got a 30% buff because you can take Executioners Precision.

Dude I’ve got my Warr lined up and ready to go lol, my Ret partner is already down to do Ret/Warr in 3s too.

What kind of damage are we talking about? What you getting on the dummy on PTR?

100k?
120k?
150k?

Is MS/Execute about to be the new Final Reck/Radiant Decree?

Well we can do some quick math right now, Mortal Strikes right now can hit for about 110k on the VERY high end. ( I mean this is about how much I hit in full Honor gear with zero tier and an Honor wep)

So 110,000 x .30 buff after execute, you’re looking at 33,000 additional damage, so 143,000 damage hits on Mortal Strike that will also apply a 50% healing reduction debuff with Sharpen :dracthyr_hehe_animated:.

Now it might actually be higher than that when Warrs have full gear etc, but yea I’d imagine it will hit harder.

Also just fyi, a Warrior can hit execute on you when you’re at ANY HP due to the “Sudden Death” talent in the build I just posted. On average it says it’ll proc Execute at any HP every 1.7 times per minute, so at a minimum you can hit these mortal strikes close to 2 times per minute, probably more since HP might dip below 35% during the burst and you’d get a free Execute there.

EP is nerfed by 50% in pvp

No these are hits in arena, and ahhh didnt know that. Still 17% is gonna crack people on EP. That’s still like 34% increase in a Mortal Strike damage. Considering most Warrs will now be able to afford taking the talent with the new tree. Mortal Strike is gonna crush.
