So, the credit card I use for my subscription is about to hit its expiry date so I went to enter a new payment option to use my updated card. However, I guess you can’t add a new credit card payment option (a known problem) as if you try, the site just spins. I then deleted my old credit card from payment options (which cancelled my subscription) and tried again to add my new card but it still just spins.
Thinking that my new step is to try reactivating my subscription and see if that will allow me to add my updated card. However, my subscription is still paid up until mid November. If I successfully re-subscribe now, will I be charged immediately, or will I be charged for the next month when my existing time runs out?
And, is there an easier way for me to continue my subscription with my updated credit card?
