Heh, half elves is much more then just ear size ya know. Some has more human defining features then others, while also retaining some elf features.

No. Void elves are not high elves. Paladins were never a high elf thing. They were a blood elf thing. Void elves are still void elves despite being turned into high-elf lite.

Stop trying to ruin them even more. Because that’s what you’re doing. The void elf identity has been ruined. Trashed and beaten. And it’s terrible Blizzard allowed it.

Blood Elf’s are the closest thing to High Elf’s as a playable race…so why do All since players keep calling Void Elf’s High Elf’s??

No. Void elves are not high elves. Paladins were never a high elf thing. They were a blood elf thing. Void elves are still void elves despite being turned into high-elf lite.

thats not right…paladin were an alliance thing, neither bloodelf, not high elf, but still an alliance race thing…dwarfs, humans and highelfs have paladins back then:

mages were gnomes, highelfs and humans

Hunter were dwarfs highelf and gnomes

Warlock were human gnome and dwarfs

Blizzard decides the lore. So if they want high/void elf paladins they will do just that. They retcon and change lore constantly no matter what red shirt guy or people on forums say. In fact by changing so many names (needed) is changing the lore. And many hate that but they still doing it.

It’s functionally a Paladin but it’s not that in lore. Same way Tauren Sunwalkers class isn’t ‘Sunwalker’ it’s ‘Paladin’

A couple of years back, someone on the forum tossed out the concept of ‘Moonblades’, basically an RP description that allowed Void Elves to be Paladins, similar to the Tauren Sunwalkers.

However, I’d rather see Night Elves get Paladins, preferably in 9.1.5. Firstly, they deserve a massive win, as well as some compensation for their string of tangible losses, and the nonchalant treatment they’ve received from Elune.

I wasn’t joking when I said this thread soured me to anymore Void Elf anything, I don’t want to see Void Elves Paladins for a long while, if ever. They can blame the High Elves.

Lightforged Draenei and Highmountain Tauren both need and deserve more classes next.

Maybe cause it was made fun of. But tauren paladin are probably borderline. But it’s mostly cause they are supposed to be sunwalkers and the entire class looks made for humans only and everything else 2nd. Even blood elves back before the light thing was a little weird. They were all fel infused as far as I know. But then much later infused with light.

Don’t think even seen tauren paladin in cutscenes or story either as far as paladins go.

I’d be fine with either but I feel like High Elf Paladin will always be ‘That White Whale’ people will push harder for than Night Elf.

Might as well just get it out of the way before we go through another several year long ‘When will Void elf get x’.

Dark iron seem like good options for paladins and shamans. I have both. The lightforged racials are also pretty good for them. The dwarf racials are good for healing on shamans as they are the same as tauren racials passively.
