I think it is really unfortunate how RDF inferno dungeons, which are just the heroics from launch with 300% hp & dmg, have replaced T11 raids. When gearing up an alt, it is nice to be able to do RDF and get gear from the previous phase. And it is nice to fill in gaps on my main when the new content first comes out, I can go back and get an important piece I was missing. But by doing so, all organized T11 raids are gone. It is probably slower to gear up in a T11 raid, even if some loot you need drops and you win a piece or two. If every Heroic boss in the previous tier provided some of the new dungeon currency (fragments in the current phase), people could gear alts doing raids AS WELL AS dungeons.
This is logical thinking and blizzard isnt logical.
Imagine if blizzard actually released currency that dropped off heroic raid bosses that was BoA. Then when the next phase launched they released a vendor so you could buy the heroic loot on your main or an alt. This would make it so that raiders could gear alts faster.
