Not the guaranteed epic gem satchels, but lesser ones from Mote of darkness with a chance for it to be an epic gem.

This would be a nice change, give us something to spend fragments on later and make epic gems more available.

Or they could add the epic gems themselves and make each one cost 150 shards.
Give them a huge price, but removes the rng.
Might as well make it 160 if it’s 150 (160 is the cap).

lol 150? are you nuts? No one is going to farm 150 shards for one gem that costs 2k gold. You can literally farm 2k gold faster than it takes to farm 150 shards by twofold.
Yeah, I don’t know why there’s a cap on them I lost out on some of them while I was gearing this toon because I was hoping for T13 items from dungeons and I only got the chest.
Only reason why I even checked is cause that inferno shards have the same cap.
The idea of just having the satchel is to make it available, but not completely crash the JC prices even if they did add something to remove the RNG aspect, it should be for valor points to limit it a bit. At least then you’d have to choose between selling BoEs with valor or grabbing a raw gem to sell/use.
Might as well. I got two full 5/5 LFR tier sets, 390 weapons and all the trinkets and off pieces. What else is there to spend them on anyway? I never have enough gold for gems.

160 was even the cap on the Inferno ones. I’d say it might have something to do with the valor cap. 160 fragments is 1600 valor the following week.
