Add a LGBT+ pride transmog to the shop

Yeah that’s probably never going to happen. Companies only say they support things because they want more customers & money. I’m all for the idea & support donating to charities who help out LGBT people who are having a rough time, but I refuse to believe big companies care.

Does homophobia exist in the WoW universe though? I saw threads about increased representation and that is a good idea, but this seems like it would just be out of place and a bit pandering.

I don’t care one way or the other, but just because you are LGBT+ doesn’t mean you have to dress in the company uniform. That seems to fly directly against the spirit of the freedom of expression, doesn’t it?

I’d prefer they spend time on sets that have in-universe themes, add some LGBT+ characters, and not do anything to comment about the issue as it might exist in the game universe, because it will just bring toxicity. Don’t make it an in-universe issue if it never was one before, ya know?

Just get creative. Look at my transmog.

I’d love to see pride as an in game holiday.

IF they do it, it should be during Pride Month, not just a random cash grab. It needs to be a targeted cash grab.

Yes, I know I am cynical. I play wow…

It’s a sad day when you can’t even talk on the forums without someone getting offended over something silly and flagging every post you make in an attempt to get you banned. I wear kid gloves 99% of the time I post on these forums and still get banned at least once a month.

What is the plus in LGBTQ+ for? And isn’t the G and Q the same thing? Really, I don’t know. I thought that gay and queer were the same thing.

The full word atm is LGBTTQQIAAP, the + is there to make it shorter.

what about no.
the problem with lgbtq is they are trying to put representation everywhere they could and still asking why people don’t accept them.

the simple fact you are aleardy part of the society stop trying to inforce you’re community everywhere and maybe people would stop being mad after you or cringe when they heard about you.

Yeah, THIS is what the game needs.

Fixing and balancing the game to a playable point, adding more content for all players and spending time developing visiually unique and appealing sets should be set aside for some dumb flag toy they’ll charge $14.99 for and take over half the profits from.

I wouldn’t even care, but you brought the SHOP into this, @#%! the shop.

Why do you guys keep saying this. You are already part of our society and everything we do and we welcome everyone…

Please do not keep pushing this, do you see straight people pushing “we need more straight looking tmog?”

What exactly would that be? Village people outfits? All the gay people I know wear what everyone else wears. Almost like they’re regular people with a private life like regular people.

Or maybe there is no homophobia in WOW and in-game characters don’t excessively wear/seek/demand ‘pride’ like people in real life do.

Imagine that. So seeking ‘pride transmog’ is just a way for real life demands on a game that has no need for it.

Why do you associate pink and butterfly with LGBT?

My wings change rainbow colors. Does that count?
