Ban all bots on this realm and make GDPK illegal. Cata is when the game isn’t classic anymore. Keep us in Wrath and give us the experience you promised us. You said you would never add a WoW Token.

So you want them to create a special realm that costs them inordinately more than every other realm in classic, while heavily crippling that realms ability to make them money?

People could still buy WoW Token on their cheat realms, we just want a non cheat realm.
Not negativity, realism my guy. You’re asking for a heavily moderated realm which costs money, while simultaneously asking them to disable one of their new favorite money making transactions.

I wish it would happen, would be a permanent home for me to play on, Cata for me will likely be when I unsub.
I’m basically ignoring the token at this point, but it sucks I’m forced to play with other players who will pay for their gear and basically cheat their way past me. Only thing I can do is choose to play the game legit and I wish there was a non cheater realm.
No I get it. I think it’s lame too. I would have much rather they cracked down on RMT from the start instead of deciding “if you can’t beat em, join em” with the token… But they won’t go back now I’m afraid…
Yeah I agree, sadly Classic experience is over.
And they wouldn’t want to ban potential customers of the WoW Token that’s why they just let people buy gold with no ban and basically stopped caring.

I’ll take a TBC Era realm with Tokens. And WotLK isn’t really Classic. I’d say the Classic period for WoW was Vanilla and TBC. There was a big jump after TBC. WotLK is still good, but I’d say the game lost that “classic” feel after TBC. (IMHO)
- Bots should already be banned from ALL realms.
- You can already make GDKP illegal with your own guild/raid, or simply not go to the ones that do it.

Honestly, I keep hoping theyd make a closed fresh. That you have to apply to join. That could be a way to combat bots.
There’s enough “community council” or players that would or could be appointed to review applications to send to a GM. Theyd have to be on a very short leash. As to not corrupt it themselves.
Why? Why would they do that? And if they did, what makes you think you’d be able to join? And if you could join, what would keep anyone else, including botters from joining?
Blizzard can’t even trust the GM’s they pay. Allowing players to police other players would be an absolute fiasco.

Who’s in charge of application approvals? What are the criteria? Who manages players once they are inside?
That’s a disaster from start to finish.
Sorry that I think that not everyone in this game is inherently bad. That would just take a stick and beat everyone with it.
