Add a 60 second roll timer for loot

What is this “you won’t even talk about why” lolol. It’s my suggestion. Didn’t think it would require a breakdown, but

Basically, it’s

1. I prefer groups that roll within 60 seconds
2. I dislike when people take longer than 60 seconds to roll
3. Thus, a 60 second timer would be preferable to me

Waiting is better than not waiting, imho. It’s especially bad for LFR, when you want to leave. Some others have thought this too

Please shorten timer for group loot in LFR

Strat some people have been pulling is holding off on voting to obtain gear. Please shorten the timer that u can roll. People don’t need that much time to figure out if they want to roll or not. I’m not saying make it crazy short, but people are having to either dodge queue pops for gear or go without a roll all because someone’s sitting there waiting for people to leave so they have a better chance at getting gear. Either that or let us see the list of people who roll on a particular item so…

If I roll need on something and leave raid, do I still roll and get it?

I’ve noticed people waiting til the loot timer is almost clocked down to choose need. I’m assuming they’re doing this either because they’re AFK or they’re waiting until as many people as possible leave the instance before they roll. If I’m doing an LFR wing and kill the last boss, am I safe leaving and still having a chance of loot? Or do I have to wait for the timer to tick down and the roll to happen?
