Yeah, actually that is exactly the way it is. People draw conclusions about whether a person is guilty or not all the time. That’s their right. A person’s opinion is not a court of law. For instance, these people:
Upon reading that I assumed their guilt and think this couple should never see the light of day. You go ahead and assume they’re innocent. Who cares? Neither one of us are on the jury.
It depends on the situation. The point at which everyone makes up their mind is different. I personally want to see some sort of proof before I make up my mind. But nobody should ever be punished based on allegations, thats the point here. There’s people who lose their jobs simply for being accused of something, and that’s not right. If they’re proven guilty by all means throw the book them.
people reach their own conclusions and that’s their prerogative
So, according to you, reaching a hasty conclusion is thinking like a caveman. Or is thinking like a caveman only limited to reaching hasty conclusions that differ from your hasty conclusions? You’ve also stated that “men are pigs”, so I’m sure you’re unbiased.
It’s all so confusing. But I guess I’ll never understand, being a human pig and all.
Well it’s going to be a clown show; one morally devoid and corrupt organization vs another morally devoid and corrupt organization. Who’s gonna tell more lies and twist what little truth there is the most? This will be the real show and tell.
Are you?? Innocent until proven guilty ONLY applies to a court of law. Juries are instructed to disregard their personal feelings and base their verdict solely on the evidence presented FOR A REASON. That REASON is because human beings form opinions on just about everything.
Amazing. All these people claiming they’ve never seen a news story about a person arrested for a horrific crime and not thought that person should be put away for life.
People can THINK whatever they like. They can likewise EXPRESS those thoughts. Get over it.
No, you didn’t. The original comment was to Venjay. You decided to jump in on that and claim the “caveman” reference was about presumption of innocence.
False. You’re basically saying “I can do whatever I want and disregard best ways to behave because I can la la la”
Dense. Yeah you can run down the street screaming like a moron, does that mean you should? Yeah you can think guilty until proven innocent, but should you?
Based on my experience with gamer culture, I would assume the allegations are likely true. Im not saying they are, but I am saying that gamer culture is often unwelcoming and toxic.
“The male employees play video games all day, while delegating work to the females”
If that doesn’t explain why classic fixes take 3 months, and retail is a pile of garbage I don’t know what does. Assuming the female workforce is a fraction of the male workforce at blizzard.
