Activision vs. CA UPDATE Employees Planning Walk Out

Yes, reach your conclusion with no hard evidence. Do you know how much of a fool you sound like?

This is a big fat lol, especially considering the state and the nature of the lawsuit. Getting hit with an EEO lawsuit in CA is hardly proof that you’re an evil frat boy.

And you go ahead and keep thinking like a caveman. You’ve reached the conclusion that women “cry” about being harassed and groped.

“That’s why you gotta be careful when you hire women. They cry about everything.”`

Pretty much says it all.

Just remember if it happens to a woman in your life to tell them to get over it. If anything it was probably a compliment.

Oh like these guys actually have a woman in their life.

“The suit also points to a female Activision employee who took her own life while on a company trip with her male supervisor. The employee had been subjected to intense sexual harassment prior to her death, including having nude photos passed around at a company holiday party, the complaint says.”

Wow… that’s awful.

Nice victim blaming. I’m sure the state of California spent two years investigating “jokes in the workplace”

Go read some books or something. You need to add wrinkles to your brain

I’ll take you’re not getting paid to sit around and make dirty jokes for $3,000.
…and that’s the daily-double.

I never could understand this incessant need to create 100 threads about the same topic.

Imagine reading a headline and assuming it’s true lmao

People do it every day. That’s their prerogative.

That’s only one input on that court filings, you should read all of it because…

Blizzard actually screwed.

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. What was alleged is pretty bad, don’t get me wrong, but until it’s proven to be true, it really doesn’t mean anything at all. I’m not a fan of people or companies being punished just for being accused of something. If it turns out this all true they deserve what they have coming though.

Yeah assuming guilt first is what everyone should do.

I’m assuming you’re a murderer, done, everyone swarm this murderer. Guilty until you prove me wrong.

Are you confused? Or responding to the wrong comment?

I didn’t say anyone was guilty on either side. I was responding to a person making a baseless accusation that the lawsuit has essentially no validity.

Well, based on what I know about WoW Players and Online Gamers in gerneral… I would not at all be shocked when they are proven guilty.

That only applies to a court of law. Individuals draw their own conclusions.

Says, a wow player. lol

If this is proven true I hope the hammer gets drop on Actiblizzard. We might get a better game out of it.

No it’s not. People like you, who assume someone’s guilt with absolutely no evidence, have cost innocent people they livelyhoods. Just wait until you have all the information to make up your mind. If it turns out they are guilty then they deserve the punishment. If you jump to conclusions and assume someone’s guilt just because they were accused you’re kind of an idiot, sorry.

Blizzard likes to regulate its customers to be ethical in their language, responses on their forums…

But…

This comes out…

Its very disturbing.
