My favorite part about this thread is it’s anonymous people on a gaming forum competing for moral superiority.
I answered your dumb question.
Bro, she wasn’t comparing Saudi Arabia to Blizzard, she literally just answered your question.
Yup, which you have none.
Edit: And have been doing the same thing between this toon and your alt.
Rhetorical questions are not literal questions but you’ll learn that someday.
Rhetorical questions founded on the basis of ignorance must be answered for the good of humanity.
But you’ll learn that someday.
besides all of that… I feel I was misled before purchasing some timeshare weeks… are those cases pretty easy to resolve?
Yes, I am. What are you posting for?
It is. Ask stupid questions and receive answers, then act like you’re some sort of moral high ground to call it rhetorical.
Mankind needs to see this stupidity for what it is.
To highlight the absurdity, really.
I’m sorry, perhaps that’s inappropriate.
Highlighting for the absurdity, not inappropriate.
You cannot be fired for being pregnant under most circumstances . The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the federal Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA) both prohibit U.S. employers from terminating employees due to pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions.
They have to say “alleges” because they’re allegations. As in, accusations. I can accuse anyone of anything and it’s meaningless. Let’s wait until it goes to court. With that said, if those accusations turn out to be true… Sheesh.
I do like to see evidences of this. Not saying that I don’t believe this. But I do had some suspicion about the Developers that are leaving left and right this could a price of a missing puzzle for what’s going on at HQ. If Allen knew about this he should step down as CEO, those Developers who are involved with accusation should be fired and be arrested. Idk what’s the future of this company and for games like WoW, but I feel dark times had just begun.
Might want to check out the reddit thread here, that links to people’s (including women who worked at Blizz who experienced these things) Twitter accounts and whatnot.

No one said that you should… I’m seriously starting to doubt peoples ability to read.
If a woman is pregnant or looking to get pregnant yes she is going to get passed up for promotions in favor of someone who is going to be there.
Person A: 6 years experience, good reviews, does over time as required.
Person B: 6 years experience, good reviews, does over time as required, but will be leaving due to pregnancy for several months or longer.
Of these two people who would you promote? Its an obvious choice.
The only people that I would fire are those who refuse to do what the job requires, or makes life miserable for others. Neither of these things are inherently because someone is pregnant.
Yup, happens all the time. I’ve seen huge HR investigations over something completely unfounded, mainly because it was claimed by a woman. Sad to say this and yes, I’m a woman irl.
Unsubbed until this egregious culture of sexual harassment has been purged from the company.
No, they have to say alleges, because constitutional law requires they say that.
If I have 100% solid proof that you kicked a cat and it died, even though I have proof, I still have to say in any court document prior to the case being heard that I, as the prosecutor, am ‘alleging’ that you kicked the cat. I cannot, in any legal document, say that you kicked the cat, because if I do that, I’ve broken the law and you can argue that case successfully and have the entire thing thrown out. Furthermore, even though you kicked the cat, you can then sue me for defamation and get money from me, because I have impuned your character.
California has 2 years of evidence to back up their case. They can prove what they’re saying in these documents, but that doesn’t change the fact that they have to say ‘alleges’ because otherwise they can get screwed over by the court system.
It’s very clear who didn’t actually do any reading or investigating on what’s going on here and are simply going based on GD dramatic posts. Many people appear to think this is just some woman pointing her finger saying “this guy harassed me”.
Anything to do with pay, transfers, promotions, performance evals, etc… will all be documented by Blizz. I’m not a betting man, but if I had to, I’d bet that this when this documentation starts getting presented, if it hasn’t already, it likely will do nothing but substantiate the claims.
