Activision Blizzard sued by California. This is bad

This only got reported on by the media just today because of this public court filing. Blizzard also already refused to settle, hence these court filings existing, because this case is going to court.

Take off your tinfoil hat you’re just making stuff up about this without even reading about it.

My judgement I will reserve until closeth finally hath the court on the matter.
Already I loathe Blizzard so my thoughts hereupon wille be biased, and howe’er much want I to believe the worst of them and that I disdain I want yet more to see prevaileth that comely and dear Lady, Justice, late though her coming seemeth.

Not surprising, considering how many former Trump administration officials ended up in cushy positions as Activision-Blizzard officers.

allegedly according to their accusation.

Where your creating your own victims is in this fake battle where you cant seem to be able to at all accept that people still uphold “innocent until >>proven<< guilty” with access to evidence regardless of gender. No, to you it seems it is a necessity that this must be because you don’t have a meat tube…

Someone literally killing themselves is something that doesn’t exactly require evidence to know happened.

Tell the new hires to #pulltheripcord.

Wrong you’re.

These are real victims in a real lawsuit, and a real life was lost. I think they are worthy of recognition and for people to believe them.

Yuck?

This ain’t even a “new Blizzard” thing. A lot of the people involved here are the “old Blizzard.”

Turns out, the company you thought was spotless until recently was always utter scum behind the scenes.

Accusations are not evidence, even well-researched accusations.

And no one should believe that they know the truth based on an initial court filing (especially one brought by California). If any of you had any experience in litigation, you would know such skepticism is warranted.

Let the case proceed and we’ll see who’s telling the truth.

So many of you just want people to hang without any fair hearing.

None of you know whether anyone is lying or being completely honest.

To replace Due Process with hashtag sloganeering is not just foolish, but unjust and wrong.

Yet that’s what many of you are doing.

And people wouldn’t know that until they are told. I was thus informed and now know.

But how many people knew before hand… I’m guessing not many unless you have a workplace that has a room dedicated to it or you have had to deal with it.

Were I’m from this does really seem like a CA thing as we don’t have rooms dedicated to it.

As a member of management this is something you should know oh and here is a little bit of knowledge for you and all states recognize this

Ignorance of the Law is not an excuse . That means even if you didn’t know the law you can not use that as a defense.

I fully admit that if Metzen was involved in this, it would seriously bum me out.

I love that man.

Another note is that if you get an office nickname referencing Bill Cosby due to how you approach women in the workspace, you need to check yourself. wtf
