Dude–Civil vs Criminal.
Presumption of innocence applies from when the Government accuses you of a crime.
Civil is when two parties are in dispute and the court has to decide which party has suffered.
Presumption of Innocence in a civil case is not a thing.

I am a survivor of sexual abuse. Accusations are just that, accusations. Let’s calm down and see what shakes out. If found to be true then I hope those affected by this behavior should be compensated in the millions. I also hope that if this is true than the whole organization needs to be looked at and those who engaged in this behavior be fired and held accountable. Anyone who ignored this behavior should also be held accountable.

I don’t think charges would be filed purely off of allegations.
Man, I feel like I got slapped in the face by that sentence.
Honestly, if true, every single person in a leadership position and every single person involved in this conduct should be fired immediately.

Company supervisors? People have tried to ruin peoples lives over $10 let alone supervisor issues that they deal with every day in a stressful company known for a harder environment. Especially if there were already relationships going on? Like what. How did they get nudes. It’s almost 100% relationships gone south.
