Yes let’s ruin all these peoples life’s without any investigation because that is how we do things now a days.
The suicide part hit close to home. Unfortunately the fact that its included as an example in a civil lawsuit, rather then a criminal case, likely means the treatment she received can’t be conclusively proven. California has laws specifically regarding actions that lead to others committing suicide.
A couple of them haven’t even posted here. Isn’t that weird? Every other thread they would defending Blizzard to the death and calling people whiners, but now silence.
Workers are paid less because those got dang women are in the workplace, and not because companies are choosing to pay them less.
Makes total sense dude
There was LITERALLY a two-year investigation that lead to this.
Or you could read.
The zoo forgot to padlock the gate to the monkey enclosure again.
Well, no guilty man ever generally yells out “IM GUILTY” lol.
Look at Bill Clinton. Im of no political affiliation, just a conservative…but what the R’s did to him over the ‘lie’ he told really irritated me…and I dont even like any Clintons, lol.
Anyone who is busted doing something wrong is going to feel the immediate inclination to deny it. Just human nature.
No doubt the company is in full denial mode over it.
And I personally dont believe the denials for a second based on what Im reading about it.
Im betting they settle and try to get it done with ASAP.
Under harassment circumstances such as what was described, I’m sure many women would be thinking about suicide.
Many people kill themselves for less these days. Harassment is absolutely something destructive.
they probably can’t directly connect the passing around of photos of her private part to her suicide but someone was able to support that, probably numerous people and it indicates a hostile work environment at the very least.
Yeah, read through it oh dang, this is the worse I’ve seen even in the company I work for some of the thing that are on this lawsuit make me cringe. Most people if this were to happen they would leave if they could but they couldn’t ,they would be silence. I can’t blame them for this action.
I just wanna add I don’t know if you know this, but that’s 100% illegal my dude. If you’ve done this to a woman working under you she can 100% sue you.
So…am I to assume that you dont #believevictims when your game is at stake?
Since you made this claim, you really need to read.
or do you also share photos of your girl friend/wifes private parts around the office?
Friend I am a woman who’s had to deal with workplace harassment, I am very aware.
Nah man this is pretty bad. A 2 year state investigation…RIP
Lots of armchair lawyers talking about ‘allegations’ and ‘accusations’. They’re called allegations because until the court case is done reporting needs to dance around libel laws just in case. Calling something an allegation does not mean there’s doubt or the claim is shaky, it’s journalists and various media protecting themselves. This is especially true when dealing with massive corporations that have a lot to lose.
This is not just a few women saying this, this is about as serious as it can get, and if there wasn’t a ton of evidence, the state wouldn’t be the ones suing. This is exactly the sort of thing some of you morons should want, it’s not the parties being dragged over social media without any charges being filed, it’s not being done for clout. It’s the law of the land doing an investigation that’s lasted longer than most of your relationships, finding a lot, and doing their job.
This is literally everything that’s been asked for in regards to how such things are handled and people are still saying it’s about SJW culture? What’s it like to have a brain so smooth it rattles around in your skull like a ball bearing?
Typically if you are in a legal tiff with someone, you keep your mouth shut about everything and keep it in the courtroom.
We won’t be seeing the details you want until it is made public because that’s pretty much how these things go.
Just wow…
You can seriously read the admission of guilt in that one line.
they need MUCH better lawyers, lmao.
