Active account, yet battle.net says its Inactive

I checked the account page, it says Active. Checked email, it says “Congrats on the sub!” and I checked my Transaction History. It too says I am subbed. So why does battle.net say I am not? How do I fix this.

I do but I have double checked that its under my Main account. Each time i check it says its under the main account. Thank you for responding.

Again, most likely an update issue.

I’d first try fully logging out of both game AND launcher.

It’s possible it might just need time to reflect on your account, then. Shouldn’t take more than a couple hours.

Have you tried logging completely out of your launcher and back in to see if that nudges it?

I suppose I will just have to give it time then. It was done when battle.net was having a issue with queueing people up for an hour today (3-4-25) so maybe it is a time thing.

I meant to say not inactive but Subscription Expired. Checked everything, even an email from blizzard informing me that I have subbed. Its aggravating.

Edit; Ok I rebooted, re-logged back into battle.net, now just waiting on WoW to reinstall. Still says Sub is expired. I do not know what to do. So far no fix and I keep looking through posts similar to this.

Have you tried actually logging into the game?

I have, it shows the campsite but all characters have “Name ‘Inactive’” and the “Subscription has expired, resub” widget on the left side of the screen.

Edit: Next morning, this is still an ongoing issue. The transaction has cleared the bank so I know it’s not a card error. I do not know what to do.

2nd Edit, same morning: Sent a ticket in, had to supply a picture of my battle.net indicating the issue and they were able to work magic and it’s now active. Hurray! Thanks ticket people!
