The quest Actionable Intelligence, which is part of the legendary quest line for Dragonwrath, is impossible to complete if you have progressed through the Heart of Azeroth storyline. The quest is very simple, go to Mount Hyjal and talk to Kalecgos in the Nordrassil Inn, however Battle for Azeroth phases the Nordrassil Inn to be invaded by Azerite elementals and Kalecgos is not present in that phase.
As far as I know there are no ways to go back to the regular phase at the moment, making it impossible to progress through the legendary quest line for the staff and the feat of strength.
Hello Mongaux … I think we are on the same boat here. I’m stuck with this quest also. When I go to Mount Hyjal inside Nordrassil inn to deliver the quest the npc is not in there anymore. I sent a ticket to support already.
if you complete any BFA quests in the area like the one for Magni then goto Boralus or the Horde Capital and take the postal to a area near Hyjal and use a flight point to the nearest turn in point where you are supposed to turn in the quest the needed npc should now be there.
I have a positive update on how to bypass this issue:
Completing A Fresh Trauma ! quest-chain from Magni in the Chamber of Heart will revert it to its older-Mount Hyjal status, where you can now access Kalecgos and any other pre-BFA content you’ve been trying to complete!
Confirmed, with an addendum. You have to complete A Fresh Trauma ! and the turn in for the next one with MOTHER back at the chamber of heart for him to reappear in Teldrassil.
