I don’t use any action bar addon.
If I enter a portal my bars are completely messed up, for it to go back I have to swap specs back and forth.
Yep, you’re not alone. The only way to fix it is switch specs back and forth to get it to reset. Annoying for us mana users. Thanks Blizz

This just happened today I think the patch/hotfix had something to do with it. There was no issue last night.

Oh man this is annoying, every time I join a random group and enter a dungeon all my spells disappear…

Hope this gets more attention because if this continues when arena and RBGs come out it will be a nightmare lol

Happens every time you get inside a dungeon too 
This happens every time I get zoned, even hearthing, it kept us from killing a boss because it happened even with a battle resurrection. This is actually not playable at the moment. With all the other bugs… I sure am glad I could pay Blizzard to beta test their launched content.
I’m getting this on relogging out of the game too. So bars keep resetting on leaving instances or logging out. Really kind of annoying to fix my bars multiple times a day.
Switching to your secondary spec and back seems to fix it, until you need to go ANYWHERE else.
Ya even portaling to Peak of Serenity wiped my bars again. This is just dumb, having to redo my bars every few minutes. Please fix!!!

Same issue here. Tried turning off all addons and deleting Cache/WTF/Interface with no luck
Does anyone having this issue use ElvUI? I’m using it and have yet to encounter this issue on multiple alts
Obviously an addon should never be a solution to a bug, but it may at least be a temporary option
Porting to outland, Dungeon, Lock portal, screen refresh, all does it to me as well.
I’m using Elvui and I too am experiencing the issue. If I am in my primary spec, I don’t have this problem. But if I am trying to play with my secondary spec, it happens with every load screen.
Maybe that’s what it is. I’ve changed specs now and then to resolve other issues (mainly the first boss of AQ40 disabling class passives) but haven’t actually used any secondary specs for anything
I have the issue, I do not use ElvUI, it’s just something happening in game.
So far the only fix I’ve found, at least what’s worked for me as I’m using second spec, it copying my hot bar manually over to the bar that appears when you go between instances.(Screen shotting it and then just matching it up.) I’d just tried it, went to blasted lands to outland, then back to SW, it stays as is.
If you swap specs again though, it reverts, so at least it’s a temporary fix until we hopefully get an actual fix.
