After the downtime today, swapping between specs currently jacks up your UI. Your action bars will randomly reset to match your second spec, and swapping back and forth only momentarily fixes it.

Happens when I zone in and out of an area or instance.
Every time I zone in and out of an area or instance my bars reset as well. Not sure what is happening but it is incredibly irritating. Only way to fix it appears to be to swap specs back and forth every single time you go any where

ok please blizzard fix this bug…already pissing me off. hearth, got to fix bars. Dungeon, got to fix bars. Raid, got to fix bars. switch into a different continent…guess what…got to fix bars.

It’s always worth remembering that anything and everything can happen with a patch…but sometimes you just really have to wonder “how the actual flip did this happen?”
In Cata prepatch it was the profession page being filled with class abilities, yesterday it was the first boss of AQ40 somehow disabling built-in class passives like Tiger Palm no longer costing Chi until switching specs, today it’s this…
I was going crazy thinking it was ElvUI, until I disabled all add-ons and the issue continued to happen. Thanks for the tip about changing specs. That works for now.
