Accounts not showing credit for purchasing TWW expansion

I have five accounts tied to one battle net. I bought TWW for each one a while ago and today the login screen for four of them shows the Upgrade to TWW button. Only one has the TWW icon at the upper left indicating I’ve upgraded that account. Should I be concerned?

Couple of things to check on your own:

  1. What does it show under Transactions in Account Management?
  1. What does it show under Games for those licenses?

I double checked that they all show TWW in the Launcher dropdown. It’s just not registering on the logon screens. Account Management doesn’t show anything and I have all the transactions for the purchases but it doesn’t indicate which went to which account.

From what I can see, all four of your older named licenses and your WoW 1 are all upgraded.

Same problem here. I checked through my transactions before coming here. I have 3 paid accounts that were upgraded to the War Within. They show upgrades on my account info and I found the exact page and info and saved it just in case I needed it. Seeing that it has happened with others helps but I don’t want to be charged another $100.

3 of yours are upgraded, only your WoW 2 isn’t, Gingerbell.

Can you check on mine please, having issues with not getting my boosted character from purchase.

I am having the same issue I checked my transaction history( I upgraded to heroic a few months ago got the mog outfit an mount too) its there. I think its a bug on the games/ blizzards end

From what I read in another post, every version comes with the boost so if you get the basic one and upgrade later you don’t get a second boost.

[raises hand] My WoW2 has been updated for a couple of months, and clearly shows so on BNet and if I try to ‘upgrade’ it again, yet my screen is cluttered up with an upgrade widget.

Would this have anything to do with the Early Access option?

Yes I have 3 upgraded accounts

I think they necroed it because Orlyia was talking to them directly and they were directly replying to Orlyia. A very late reply, but a direct reply regardless. The issue is unlikely to have changed and it seems a check to the account to see status might be helpful.
