I finally used my shadowlands boost on a priest yesterday and all went well, however, today, my account is saying I need to upgrade to shadowlands and my boosted character is locked. Someone please help 
I would either make a payment issue ticket or place this thread into the Customer Support forum.
Edit: Do both.
Iām not seeing a purchase on your account, Kaaisa. Were you gifted the Shadowlands expansion?
If so, I would speak with the person who gifted it to you as it is possible that either something happened with the purchase or it was otherwise refunded.
