This category includes:
- Creating posts or threads to discuss disciplinary actions taken against a player, including chat logs and email correspondence between a player and a Game Master (GM)
- Creating posts or threads to discuss disciplinary actions taken against a character or account on the forums
The appropriate recommendations have already been provided by others, but I’ll cover them again since folks may come across this thread in a search and look for the blue reply only -
If you receive an account action that you believe has been applied in error, then you may submit a ticket to appeal it. However, appeals are not discussions. When you submit an appeal ticket, it triggers a process in which the Game Master team will review the information that resulted in the account penalty. If there was a mistake, the Game Masters are able to overturn the penalty. If they review the information and determine that the action taken was correct then they will communicate back that the penalty is being upheld.
Appeals are not automated. While you may receive a “template” reply, this is for efficiency and consistency in information being provided.
We will not allow or review appeals over the forums. This process can only be initiated through a support ticket.
