Account suspension for posting lfg in lfg chat

Yes. they have used form letters - templates for responses for over a decade. You get one of a set of standard answers. They don’t type it out every time. That template answer was formulated and approved so that everyone gets the same information. Would I be shocked if a first appeal was even handled by an automatic rejection? No, I would not be shocked. I do know that appealing again can result in human eyes on it. They still answer with a template though.

  • Action upheld
  • Action overturned and an apology
  • Action escalated to a specialist
  • Action reduced to a suspension from a perma ban

There is nothing more to it than that. Either the data in the logs and anti cheat software backs the account action, or it does not.

There are rare false positives. Those usually result in a batch run of the detection criteria again and an unbanning of those who were a false positive. They get an email and an apology as well as game time sometimes.

Most account actions are upheld because the logs back it. Most of the “I got mass reported” complaints are 100% false.

Like this from the other day.
