That is generally how our social penalties work. The first violation will usually earn a week silence, which you earned back in March of 2023.
After a warning the next penalty is usually a week suspension. Then it tends to double from there until eventually the account may be closed.

I wrote in bgs that I dont heal stupid, is that one week worth of account ban same as Echo cheating in the game only banned for 4 days. Also the last silence notifies me that the next time would be double time of silence, not account suspension. I intentionally not to use any curse words. I repeat i did not curse at anyone, I simply use word stupid, to avoid any trouble, we cant say stupid anymore when i think someone is throwing the game? I remember vividly that the next penalty is double the time of silence, NOT account suspension for a whole week without warning.

All profanity, if reported, can get you banned.
Best to not use profanity or masked profanity in any chats.

My last silence, the note says next time it would be double the length of silence, NOT account suspension. I am already watching my every move, not to curse at anyone, but this game… idk, I DID NOT curse at anyone.

The warning is the ToS ya agreed to before being able to play, and any updates to it that ya agreed to as well. Beyond that, they’re not really required to give warnings.

The silence is a warning, so yes, after that initial silence it is rare to receive another one.
The point of the penalty system is to deter additional violations, if a week silence doesn’t do it, then as I mentioned, it upgrades to a suspension, which multiples for additional penalties.
Agreed, I don’t see any in the reported chat, but our policies prohibit both inappropriate and toxic language and behaviors.
It is also more than just saying “stupid”, which isn’t the only reason. Granted, repeatedly calling someone a stupid lizard in all caps multiple times isn’t productive, but we tend to look at an overall behavior. So add to that spamming “Help FC” a dozen+ times as well as other messages, it can earn a penalty.
If you wish to appeal you’ll want to submit a ticket, that is the only means of appealing these actions.

I didnt curse at anyone since I got silenced for it, so I dont understand this whole week suspension at all, without explanation. Like I said, I said I dont heal stupid, when I was on a healer and I think ppl are throwing the game. Saying “stupid” is suspension for a week?

Bear in mind cursing at someone is not the only way for your account to be sanctioned. That is only one facet of possibility.

Look at the blue post above, I called an evoker stupid lizard cuz he was running away from me the healer as fc himself, as far as i can remember, is that one week account suspension worth to this game?

The evoker commentary was simply the final nail in the coffin as far as I’m concerned.

Because the team is fighting mid field and not seeing the message or reacting to it. Reporting someone for trying to win the game, that action alone is intentionally trying to get me in trouble for trying to win a bg. That person has an intention.

All reports are intentional.
Addon or not, you are responsible for following the rules, code of conduct, and terms of service.
Spamming is actionable, and you were rightly actioned.

I’m sorry, Demaxx, but at no point did I say that was the only thing. As mentioned, the spam alone would have been enough to earn a penalty. Then directly calling someone stupid repeatedly, in caps, would have too.
It is important to note that what you said, really doesn’t determine the duration of the penalty. It is what determines if it was a violation of not. The history on the account is the what mostly determines the direction.
You had already received the warning, which was a week silence. The next penalty, for any social violation, is a week suspension.
This really isn’t a subject for debate, nor the appropriate place for it. I provided what I could to give you some insight into why you were penalized, so you could hopefully avoid it going forward.
As I said, if you wish to appeal you’ll need to submit a ticket. Given the chat I don’t believe it will be overturned, but they’ll let you know.
