Account screen blank

Been trying to update my payment method ( new Visa card ) but the account settings page is just a blank white screen.

I have deleted browser cache etc, tried chrome , edge, my mobile, also my MacBook Pro with safari, but all just show a blank white page for account settings. I have an active ticket for this but haven’t heard anything for days.

Are you on the same network? Multiple devices and browsers seems like it could be a network issue. The page seems to be loading fine for me, but that does not rule out a more localized issue.

Thanks for sharing that Zungar, that is the information I would also recommend.

The root cause is being looked into but switching to an alternate region site might serve as a workaround.

Thanks everyone for the replies, I tried EU region, i’m in Australia, but it seems to go back to my region, any ideas on how to force it to stay EU region or have a link?

So logged in on the EU site, but as soon as I click account settings it goes back to USA and I just get the blank white screen.

Ok, thanks for giving that a try. The website does redirect based on IP address so that might be causing issues with the workaround suggestion :frowning:

If you have access to a VPN, that might get you around that.

Hopefully the root cause can be corrected soon.

I am having the same issue. Try to log into my account through the website and just get a blank white screen.
Edit: Found a work around. Can just use Tor browser.

Same issue, bee n happening for the last four days. Cant access my account details, just goes to a blank screen.

VPN does solve the issue, but not everyone can afford a vpn.

Hey folks, thanks for the additional reports. This is a known issue that is under investigation so we don’t need any more details at this time.

If they do end up requesting more information, I’ll come back here and let you all know.

Just received an update - looks like they made some changes to the site to address the root cause.

If you were previously experiencing this issue, please try again. You may need to clear your browser cache (or Ctrl-F5 to refresh the page).
