I quit wow 12 years ago. Came back and bought The war within Epic edition. The payment went through and i got invoice in the email. I played for a few hours and went to sleep. Today when i try to login my account was reverted back to needing repurchase and resubscribe? how is this possible? I have spent almost a week unlocking my account and payment issues. Once everything is sorted and i managed to purchase and play, i got this problem. Im on the verge of giving up coming back to play. Anyone experience this problem before? Any blues can explain? Thank you.
First, make sure you are looking at the correct license.
What does it show here for your games via Account Management?

guessing your either trying to use the wrong license or the purchase failed. Check the links the other poster provided to check.

Then it sounds like your purchase failed for what ever reason. You might want to check with billing through a ticket and check with your bank to find out why.
Yes but the invoice means nothing if it is not on your transaction history. Like it did not go through so it vanished and your license then reverted back because it did not go though.
Have you checked with your bank to see if you were actually charged or if they rejected the payment?
I just called my bank. The bank said the money is already with blizzard and they have already received the payment. If they already received the payment why is this happening? Seriously so much problem just to play a game…
Open a ticket to billing. They will be able to tell you what happened. It sounds like the purchase failed (which your bank would not be able to see until they receive the funds back in 2-3 business days).
I asked the Bank if they declined or retracted the payment from their side and the bank said they didnt and there was no problem. I have opened ticket 6 hours ago to them categorised as purchase failure as i cant find billing in category. Theres like a chat box in my ticket and if i add something to tell them more information there, will my ticket be pushed back to the beginning of the queue? I want to tell them that i have called my bank to comfirm the money has been deducted for payment. Because I dont want to get a generic reply to check with my bank first and wait a few days again to get another reply.

I see three attempts that ended in failure and the last one looks like it had some issues - likely because it was denied 3 times previously.
A ticket is the way to go on this, and I do see you have two open.

The three attempts was using a different card. And i have opened a ticket for that previously and was told to try again by the GM as he has refreshed my account and listed one of the issues was maybe the card issuer country was different. After i was told that, i purchased again using a different card which is issued by the same country as my Account’s country (which is weird as I have used that different country card to purchase bfa and subsciption time before to login for a day and check the game out and there was no problem). As for the double ticket its because i reopen the initial one thinking that i could get a faster response. If i add some information on the chat box in my ticket will my queue be restarted?
Queues are in pretty good shape at the moment, most are getting answered within a day, Spankyy.
I would close out the second one. They’ll likely merge the two when your first one is responded to, but in the meantime the unnecessary ticket actually does the opposite. It’s only clogging up the queue. Tickets are answered in the order that they’re received, so it definitely isn’t getting your issue addressed any faster.
You can add to your first ticket (which hopefully is the Purchase Failure one), without restarting the queue. Or you can just wait until it’s answered and then add it in a response.
If my account has been refreshed after the 3 failed purchase, will it still cause issue for my last payment which went through? And can you let me know about the chat box thing in the ticket page? will it push my queue back if i submit some new info? Thank you Orlyia.

If you have a better sucsess with amazon you could try blizzard balance card or cards. I believe bliz ballance can be used to buy warwithin
Sadly Amazon is not available in my country. I was thinking of using paypal before but i had bad experience with it.(My country banned paypal before Even reddit and wowhead is still banned because they claim there are pornography content. sucks to live in a 3rd world country). Kinda confused if this is resolved and I purchase using the same card again and will get the same issue.
Blizzard used to allow international transactions but due to fraud issues, the payment method used must now match the address on the account. So you were right, you USED to be able to use your other cards. You will need to use the matching one for anything new though.
For people who have moved to a new country, they may also need to update their address.

By address do you mean that the card billing address has to match the account address too? Even if the card issuer country are the same?
