Account Recovery if I forgot the e-mail I used

I am looking for a way to find all of my wow accounts that I had registered with my name and phone number. Is there a way a Blizzard agent would be able to look up this information if I provide the correct information needed to do so if possible?

They can usually help locate old accounts for you. You’ll want to use the ticket option below and they might ask you to submit some ID in order to show that the accounts match your name etc.

I have a lot of wow accounts with my name under it. At least 15 that I can remember. I know there are more than that though. Will I be able to see them all? I have one that I never canceled a sub on that keeps getting charged

I’d also recommend the link that Perl provided, we can definitely take a look. The more specific information you can provide the better. So if you can give us character names/realms with level/race/class, that can help track down the account.

I’m not looking for a character at all. One of my old accounts is getting billed each month because I must have never turned off the sub or something. From looking at my bank that’s what it seems to be. I don’t mind submitting a ticket but is this even doable? Worth the time? Could they locate the billed account if I provided my id and card info?

The point of providing that information is to help our staff locate the account you are referring to. As you said you have multiple accounts under your name so having that information can help.

That is possible, and you’d want to include specifics in your ticket.

I can guarantee if I cant remember the email on my account I wont remember any character names specifically. I know the realm I have played on over the years because those are far fewer.

If I cancel my bank card will that prevent Blizzard from charging me anymore? No offense to you or anything, but I haven’t had much luck with the 24/7 submit a ticket. The chat is okay, but seems to be no longer offered even after checking different times throughout the day. At the end of the day, I just need to have this one charge not coming through anymore.

Yes, if the credit card/debit card is no longer valid it can’t be charged.

Much depends on what kind of ticket you are submitting and what information you are providing.
