I recently came back to the game and paid for a subscription and in less than a day been my account can’t be found and the email I signed up with is no longer attached to the account. Created multiple tickets and basically was told if you want less hassle just recreate an account with your email address. That still doesnt allow me to play the game I just purchased a subscription for!
Bear in mind the forums are mainly player to player discussion, and not a contact point for GM’s. Myself just being a fellow player with green text. It’s more moderated at times, but not around the clock.
I’m guessing this is a new account you created. Hopefully you did not reuse the email from the old account.
It’s possible the account could have been compromised.
I know you said you have created multiple tickets, so you might have been working on this for a while as ticket times lately are roughly 2 weeks, but you should only put in one ticket.

The email address on my Battle.net Account was changed, or I don’t remember what it is.
You may have to include a edited version of your identification to help identify you as the owner of said account.
It might help if you recall a character name, class and which server you were on on the old account. Or even a purchase number for the game time? You might still have an email receipt for this.
I included everything needed and they still were unable to find it which is the strange part. I just want to play the game I’m paying for dont care about characters being found. Thank you for the reply
Possibly a hacked account then. You go and play WoW at a cafe or a friends house. You run thar risk.
When my account email was hacked and I had lost access to my account they were able to restore it. Their old process for reclaiming an account used to be to ask for the game keys that you had when you purchased it. They thankfully do not do that anymore. Most people threw theirs away.
For me all they did was ask a bunch of questions that only the creator of the account would know
I had to say the names they all had, the servers they were on. It is pretty easy to recover your account. You dont even need to say what names your toons DO have, they will often ask what names they USED to have originally which is something only the owner would know. A hacker would not know that.
They may even ask what guilds you have been in, ask about your friends list as well.
The original owner can always get their account back 100% of the time so dont lose hope.
All that I stated I did up above… do that ^^
May even need a phonecall with them. Or a long live chat.
It weas my email that had been lost, my account was left untouched. For you too your account is likely hacked but your account untouched. Create a new email and be ready to link it as soon as they say they located your account.
I get that but cant find the live chat option or a working phone number
Blizzard hasn’t had call service for years, it’s only recently that live chat was temporarily closed to help get through the back up in web tickets. Especially as players try to bypass the ticket system.
The account you are posting under was changed to a Yahoo email.
The one with the full license still exists under the Outlook address.
It says account not found when I try the outlook email
Is it possible your not putting it in correctly? Can you still access the email account?
I still have access to the email account unless I typed it incorrectly when I registered my account
