My account name is adventurer and i cant use my blizzard balance to purchase bfa from the shop i need help updating my account
You should open a ticket, if you can not update or finish setting up the account by yourself.

alright thanks kozzae i submitted 2 tickets i guess all i can do is wait…
Just one should do it, just be sure it has the real name you want it updated to so it can be solved quickly.
