This is a post to make blizzard aware of a potential issue affecting more than me as I also saw someone post about this issue with the exact same problem I am experiencing. I have been playing all day, and mid-session was forced back to the battle net launcher and my account status showed as “locked”. When I went to my email, nothing was sent explaining to me why my account was locked. The only email I received was that all my WoW tokens I had purchased earlier in the day had been cancelled/refunded. I changed everything in my battle net account thinking someone might have tried to hack my account but no unusual logins showed up in the history. I have submitted a ticket but it is odd that I have been playing all day and just now randomly got locked for whatever reason.
So this looks to be a billing issue rather than anything else - so as with the advice of Orlyia in the previous thread, you will only get anywhere via ticket.
