Logged in on the iphone into wow site to check something, got kicked off wow for "suspicious log in " got deserter after a 1.5 hr av queue and a 50 min in progress game and lost my honor and 3 marks.

Yes, i log into it all the time via iphone, I even play hearthstone on Iphone during AV queues.
I’m guessing you used the iphone as a hotspot?
Blame the scammers trying their best to steal accounts.
The system is designed to learn login patterns, but it does take time.

Only thing I can presume is a VPN on your phone triggering the account lock. If it’s something you do every day, something in your normal routine was different.
But, unfortunately, nothing can be done about what you didn’t gain from that AV.
The fact the email that was sent to me provided zero info on how to fix it and i spent 10 minutes googling how, is also a slap in the face. No link was provided in the email that said my account was locked, i was kicked off emailed and punished for blizzards issues. My IP has not changed, my phone is used daily for this.
Just logged into the forums and it booted me off saying suspicious log in.

Was your phone connected via wifi or cellular data?
wifi. Same wifi as always, the one coming from the device right next to me that is also the same as the wifi i use to connect to wow.
Looking at the log of “Attempted Log Ins”
all of them are mine, on the same devices i use to log in every day, multiple times a day.
This makes THREE hours of ranking wasted.

Is your account locked, or can you log in?
It keeps getting locked anytime I log into anything that isnt the wow client.
Ex. Forums, Mobile safari forums, Mobile Hearthstone.
This has never happened before and is completely ducking up my last week of ranking.

Well, usually when someone gets locked out, it’s because a IP address has changed and/or keep changing. Have you contacted your ISP to see if they did a reset of IP address. I know mine does that periodically

Well, your IP addresses are changing somehow, radical enough to lock you out.
Sounds to me like its a blizzard issue. They’ve had it in the past and 9/10 its something they did when something goes wrong.
Atleast, if you’re tech savvy and don’t blame blizz for your pc not starting or something.
Um…Blizzard doesn’t control your IP address…that’s done at the ISP level. If there was an issue with people being locked out in the past 3 hours, these forums would be flooded. So far it only you that is having this issue.
