Account is missing from live launcher

My main account is missing from my live launcher. However, if I switch to the classic launcher it shows up? All my characters are in my main account and now it’s gone from live?

What happened?

I rebooted the launcher. REinstalled it and more. It’s completely gone.

When I select live I see:

  • WoW1 (EU)
  • WoW1 (US)
  • WoW2 (US)
  • etc

But when I click classic I see:

  • My Main Account
  • WoW1 (EU)
  • WoW 1 (US)
  • WoW 2 (US)
  • etc

It still shows on my account. blizzard .net page. (segregated as links to official blizzard websites are blocked on the forums)

I have screenshots if needed but itsays I cannot post those

Restart your PC, Ikory.

I did so and it didn’t work. But I launched WoW.exe directly and logged in and now it shows again. How odd! But I’m in now! thank you!

Thank you Orlyia! I was having the same issue and I panicked for a slight minute until I came here and read your reply.

The launcher was defaulting to an older starter account. The dropdown menu to select my current Dragonflight account was missing. I completely shut down the launcher, restarted my computer to end and relaunch all WoW processes and everything is back where it should be.
