My brother’s account has been hacked, waited today for live support and is now unavailable altogether. The lowlife logged onto his bnet account and switched over his emails so my brother’s bnet email no longer exists. So can i get some help instead of waiting hours for a ticket response.
You won’t be able to do anything via the forums and it’ll have to be your brother to fix this.
he literally can’t even access his account to put a ticket in, like his ID no longer exists on to contact support
I hope your brother lodged the ticket (they don’t need to be able to log into the account, FYI).
He will need to wait on the ticket.
In the mean time, he will also need to take steps to ensure his computer and email account is secure.

He can, but he’ll need to select the “I don’t know my Blizzard Email” option… since he doesn’t have access to the email address it currently is.
He’ll want to use this option here.
Keep in mind, it still may be hours to have the compromise investigated, but those tickets are handled as a priority.
