My account got hacked over 48 hours ago Zangetsu#12424 so i signed in to my other blizzard account to setup tickets and maybe have them get ahold of my email on this one. It has now been over 48 hours no email/text nothing i recieved and email saying i would recieve a response from a GM soon and it never happened plz help!!!
You will have to wait on ur ticket theres no way to bypass the ticket system i hope in the mean time u created a new email that should only be for blizzard and added a authenticator…

As long as you have a ticket number, the ticket will be answered when the next GM can do so. I am not sure what the wait time is currently, but they will answer it in the order it was received.

Thanks guys yeah i used a different email then the one that got hacked to submit my tickets so i should get the emails when a gm does answer me i was just concerned cuz it has been over 48 hrs and i did not know the general wait time for this kind of thing thanks so much for the quick responses guys the account that got hacked i have owned for over 10 years so this is very stressful to me
Did you get a whisper telling you to go to a site otherwise your account would be closed.

no i was playing hardcore the other day about to do uldaman around 1:30am when all of a sudden i get dc’d and i couldnt sign back in with my password, then when i went to reset my password with my email it said “account not found” like the person had changed my email and password in a 10 minute time
