Account Hacked and submitted ticket without recording ticket ID , how to follow that ticket?

I’ve created an account hacked ticket , however, I didn’t submit it with any account like which I am using now and I forgot to record ticket ID information as I am too anxious to submit the ticket, how I can follow it ? I can only wait the E-mail response?

You submitted a ticket but didn’t provide any identifying information as to what account you were referring to?

They may not be able to tie that ticket to an existing account if that is the case. If you did, and provided an email address reference, you should receive a reply to that address.

You’ll likely be asked some account specific questions, you’ll need to submit a new ticket with those answers and, if you can, the ticket ID from the original ticket.

Thanks for your response in time !!!
In fact I submitted another ticket and recorded the secondary ticket ID , and attached my E-mail address or other information needed. But I don’t know whether it will affect the first ticket and until now receive no response in my E-mail , after like 12 hours.
I played WOW 10 years ago and returned last year with my friends. We just beat Lick King first time this CD and the hack happened, which makes me really unhappy and concerned.
If you may help check my secondary ticket status ? I didn’t know how to follow it except checking E-mail like every 5 minutes. The secondary ticked ID is US95330095.

Just a brief heads up - ticket times are inflated right now between the influx of purchases brought on by BlizzCon, expansion announcements, sales and a major patch drop - and all the issues that have arisen from these things.

Account and billing issues are the highest priority, but it may take a bit of time before you hear a response back. Hopefully they’ll get this rectified for you quickly, but just wanted to temper expectations a bit. :slight_smile: Good luck in getting this all sorted out.

I totally understood that there are too many tickets need to be handled.
But I just heard one information that now the hacker is using my account to do more cheating behavior in the game , I think this thing is really serious , so if possible , pls check my ticket ASAP.
I am in global server called “鱼人” and the character now used to do cheating is called ”打打个大西瓜” , thanks.

Vrak is not a GM who addresses tickets, I’m afraid. He can look into things, see that it’s been submitted, but he does not handle tickets directly. There is no way to expedite matters.

That you’ve alerted them to the account being compromised, they will keep that in mind while getting things worked out. They may sanction your account as a safeguard measure to keep the hacker from doing further damage, and that is something that they can address with you once it has been secured once again. There just isn’t a way to jump ahead in the line when other people had their tickets in before yours.

Thanks for your reply , I already informed information to all of my friends to avoid future misunderstanding.

These accounts tend to get banned realy fast the fact that u got a ticket in will help it im guessing u dont have a authenticator so i would get the mobile bnet app asap.
