my account was HAcked and an authenticator put onto my account =/ I put in an email ticket for support do i need to do anything else? I can not log on and it says it can not find my account attached to my email. I can still post because i am logged into the forums for now but someone has taken control of my account and removed my email from it. kinda really stressing

thank you got malware bytes and avast. im very afraid the hacker is going to see these forum post alerts tho. but i also contacted support via email…can not submit one via the normal routes because it no longer recognizes my email as a valid account
Did you submit your ticket here on the website? You can do it without being logged in.
They will just need you to provide ID to verify you are the owner of the account you are reporting as hacked.
i did it thru the website and gave them my email
MOST ways to submit a ticket REQUIRED me to log in or give an ACTIVE account and the hacker REMOVED my email from the account. OH i got the ID thats no issue lol cuz its me! im just worried the account is lost because they changed the email to something else

A thing that Blizzard is really good at, is helping regain control of compromised accounts and they do their best to recover gold / items etc.
One thing I recommend is to get an the Blizzard authenticator app onto your account ASAP after it’s recovered.

The ticket time is 24-36 hours, but account issues are usually handled first.

yes but i dont think i saved the ID but i sent off 2 that way to be sure and it gave me an id and said it would contact my email so i think/hope i will be ok and am just waiting for someone to email me back
